This year has been a year of change, change and change again! Not only on a personal issue but it seems our world is also changing. Many of you have heard me speak regarding the vibration of the universe becoming lighter and quicker which is affected/ affecting all of us at some stage over the past 4 years. We are all told that change is good, it moves us forward, and nothing can stay the same! While all of this is true it is also very hard for us to go through change. We are creatures of habit and when things become scary and we become fearful of what to expect in the outcome, we try to control the issue which often leads us to more fear and stress. What this year has truly taught me on a personal reflection is - with the vast amount of changes in my life, is to just let go……what is the point of trying to control a situation when the universe has another idea for you. Once I let go and let the universal energy flow, I began to flow. I looked at things in a different light and found that the frustration and anger disappeared and a more positive attitude became apparent. I still do not see the bigger picture the universe is offering me, but I do feel more relaxed and in control which is a very strange statement to make when I am letting myself just ride the energy of the universe. And it seems to be working. You can’t change certain situations but you can change how you perceive them, or how you feel about them. If you let the anger go, and bring in a more positive thought and say “Thank you for that experience.” (even if it hurt you) you instantly move in a higher positive vibration. And therefore the universe will start giving you more pleasant experiences other than hurtful ones. So try it out and see what happens.
